3. Orders and Payment

All orders must be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise arranged for wholesale customers.

4. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Custom orders and opened products are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned items.
